The WG Team Buyer Agreement for Cello Tower

To move forward with purchasing a unit at Cello Tower, we are required to secure a signed buyer agreement from all prospective purchasers. This allows The WG Team the exclusive right to represent you during your purchase. This is a limited 30-day agreement designed solely to protect your interests and ensure we can negotiate and advocate for you effectively.

Please note: signing this agreement does not obligate you to complete a purchase. It simply formalizes our working relationship during your search at Cello Tower.

Buyer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The WG Team, LLC (“The WG Team”) and the undersigned buyer (“Buyer”). By signing electronically below, Buyer agrees to the following terms, granting The WG Team the exclusive right to represent them in the purchase of a property at Cello Tower.

1. Exclusive Representation

The Buyer authorizes The WG Team to act as their exclusive representative in the purchase of any unit within Cello Tower. The WG Team will act in the Buyer’s best interest and will assist in negotiations, documentation, and related services throughout the purchase process.

2. Term of Agreement

This Agreement is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of signing. It will automatically expire at the end of this period unless extended in writing by mutual agreement.

3. Commission and Compensation

The Buyer will not owe any commission to The WG Team under this Agreement. Any compensation for services will be paid by the seller or listing broker unless otherwise disclosed in writing.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during the course of this relationship will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or expressly authorized by the Buyer in writing.

5. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated at any time during the 30-day period by either party with written notice. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

Acknowledgment: By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. I acknowledge that this agreement is required for The WG Team to represent me in a potential purchase at Cello Tower.
